At Ace Cards Sdn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5 business days.
